Interior Painting & Touch-Ups
Single rooms, accent walls, trim refresh, and pre-listing touch-ups. Sharp lines, no roller marks, no drips on the floor.
Signs You May Need This
- One room that needs a refresh — not a whole-house repaint
- Trim and doors that have yellowed or chipped
- Scuffs and scrapes from a recent move-in
- Bedrooms ready for a color change
- Pre-listing touch-up to make a house show better
- A ceiling that needs to go from flat-white-with-water-stains back to crisp white
Small Paint Jobs Done Cleanly
Big paint jobs are for big paint crews. Presto Change-O’s Handywork is built for the smaller stuff — one room, an accent wall, a hallway, all the trim and doors in a house, or a whole-home pre-listing refresh. The result: tight cut lines, even sheen, no rollover marks, and no painter’s tape ripping the new paint off when it comes down.
What’s Included
Furniture moved or covered. Hardware removed (outlet covers, switch plates, door knobs) so paint never gets where it shouldn’t. Holes patched and sanded. Surfaces cleaned. Two coats over a tinted primer when changing colors significantly. Crisp cuts at the ceiling, baseboard, and trim — by hand, not by tape. Cleanup at end of day, every day.
Paint Brand and Color
Preston defaults to Sherwin-Williams Cashmere or Benjamin Moore Regal Select for walls (depending on what’s already on them) and Advance or Emerald Urethane for trim and doors. If you prefer a different brand or already have paint on hand, that’s fine — bring it on.
Pre-Listing Refresh
Selling a house in the North Austin market? A targeted touch-up of trim, ceilings, and any color-loud bedrooms is one of the highest-return improvements before listing. Preston will walk through with you and quote only the rooms a buyer’s first impression actually depends on.
